The difference is on the right he looks infinitely more professional. People need to quit bitching about “workplace discrimination” and get your career down before you start having hands and neck tattooed or face the fact that you will more than likely be working at a supermarket or claiming dole like a hell of a lot of you. I run my own business, it doesn’t matter how tattooed I am, but I had been a body piercer for a good 18 months before I had my hands done. If I ran a business that required people to look smart and professional and come into contact with people on a daily basis, I wouldn’t hire someone with their hands/neck/face done.
It’s funny though, if you excel at your choses career path, it probably won’t matter what modifications you have, but if you get it all done at 18 years old before even out of college, you are diminishing your opportunities.
Oh, and there is no such thing as “tattoo discrimination in the workplace” so quit your fucking whining. A business is well within their rights to not hire you based on visible tattoos/fire you for having them done when their contracts explicibly state they don’t allow them.
